It is the customer\u2019s responsibility for<\/p><p>appropriate insurance cover thereafter.<\/p><p>Returns<\/p><p>\u00c2<\/p><p>Stock pieces<\/p><p>The term \u2018stock piece\u2019 refers to a piece which is \u2018ready-to-wear\u2019, has already been made and<\/p><p>requires no alteration to size, stone or metal. A refund, exchange, or credit note can be<\/p><p>arranged on certain items. This will be made clear at the time of purchase.<\/p><p>Made to order pieces<\/p><p>The term \u2018made to order\u2019 refers to a piece which has not been made yet, or has not finished<\/p><p>being made. No refunds or exchanges will be given on any made to order piece unless the<\/p><p>item is damaged or faulty.<\/p><p>Bespoke pieces<\/p><p>No refunds or exchanges will be given on any bespoke piece unless the item is damaged or<\/p><p>faulty.<\/p><p>Gift Vouchers<\/p><p>Midastouch Jewels gift vouchers are available as e-vouchers where a code is emailed to the<\/p><p>customers inbox shortly after the purchase has been made.<\/p><p>If you would like to order a voucher code with a different sum than we currently offer,<\/p><p>please get in touch and we will arrange a voucher code for you.<\/p><p>Our gift vouchers have a 12 month expiry date, from the date of purchase<\/p><p>Our gift vouchers can be used online, over the phone or in person<\/p><p>Our gift voucher codes can only be used once<\/p><p>Gift vouchers can be used on bespoke jewellery, stock items of workshops.<\/p><p>Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, or used after their expiry date.<\/p><p>Liability &amp;amp; Legal<\/p><p>Midastouch Jewels gives no warranty or representation as to the accuracy, suitability or<\/p><p>reliability of the information or content of the Website for any purpose. If the piece is for a surprise, we will provide advice and assistance as<\/p><p>necessary.<\/p><p>We will resize a bespoke ring if it is not right first time.<\/p><p>Cancellations<\/p><p>If you make a mistake when ordering please contact us as soon as possible. We are unable<\/p><p>to accept cancellations on bespoke, customised or personalised orders already in<\/p><p>production. Deposits paid for bespoke, customised or personalised items are non-<\/p><p>refundable.<\/p><p>Social Media &amp;amp; Marketing<\/p><p>From time to time, Midastouch Jewels may post \u2018progress\u2019 and \u2018finished\u2019 photographs of<\/p><p>bespoke jewellery on our social media feeds. If you place an order of a bespoke piece and<\/p><p>would prefer us not to do this at the time of making, then please do let us know. If your<\/p><p>order is a special gift and you would like us to hold off of posting images on social media<\/p><p>until you have given the gift, please make us aware of this at the time of payment, so we can<\/p><p>include this in your project details. Please also provide us with the date of when we are able<\/p><p>to post photographs of the finished item(s).<\/p><p>All finished bespoke jewellery will be photographed and images will be posted on our social<\/p><p>media pages and on helennoakesjewellery.com unless expressed otherwise by the<\/p><p>customer.<\/p><p>Bespoke jewellery<\/p><p>Consultations for bespoke pieces are free. During the consultation, details and notes of your<\/p><p>requested design and specifications will be made. Once you are happy with your final design<\/p><p>specification for your project, have confirmed via email that all details are correct, and that<\/p><p>you are ready to go ahead, we can proceed with your order. Payment in full s required<\/p><p>before commencement of all bespoke projects. Please note any quotes received are valid<\/p><p>for 30 days from date of issue due to the fluctuations in metal prices. We do reserve the<\/p><p>right to change a quote within this time frame if there is a change in metal prices, but this is<\/p><p>a rare occurrence.<\/p><p>Once a design has been agreed on, the client has to honour this agreement. Midastouch<\/p><p>Jewels cannot be held accountable for any changes to personal views on reflection after<\/p><p>work on the piece has commenced. Please note we will match the design as closely as<\/p><p>possible when translated into your precious metal jewellery, but please bear in mind that<\/p><p>any design is just an indication of how the finished jewellery will look- and because the<\/p><p>jewellery is handmade, some slight variations from the sketch and the final finished<\/p><p>jewellery may occur.<\/p><p>Once an order for bespoke jewellery has been placed and paid for, we take this as<\/p><p>acceptance of our terms and conditions on bespoke jewellery. No major changes can be<\/p><p>made once you have confirmed the design and once you have paid, and your order cannot<\/p><p>be cancelled or refunded. Any changes made to an order after acceptance of specifications<\/p><p>and payment may incur a charge. No refunds will be given on any bespoke piece of jewellery<\/p><p>at any time.<\/p><p>A photo of completed work can be provided for approval, if there is a delay between<\/p><p>completion and pick up.<\/p><p>Alterations may be made after a bespoke piece has been received will incur an additional<\/p><p>charge.
